"Action mode" allows you to do all sorts of neat stuff... give it a try!
ACTION ON ... puts you into action mode /A ON
ACTION OFF ... puts you into regular teleconference mode /A OFF
ACTION LIST ... lets you list all the current words /A LIST
When in action mode, you can use four types of commands:
simple actions ... Words like yell, scream, etc. These are entered by just
typing the action word on a line.
Example: yell
...You're quite loud! <-- UltraChat response
user actions ... Words like hug, caress, etc. These are entered by
following the action word with a user name. In other
words, you are "doing" the action to that user!
Example: caress jane
...Mmmmmmm. <-- UltraChat response
message actions ... Words like chant, grumble, etc. These are entered by
following the action word with a message to be "said"
in a way typified by the action word.
Example: chant oohhmmmmmm!
...Such a monotonous chant!
user/msg actions ... This is a combination of a user and a message action
word. Words like ask, yell, etc. These are entered by
following the action word with a user name AND a
message.
Example: ask jane Can they do that?
...You just asked JANE 'Can they do that?'
